Sort of asking some stupid questions, but i need some help... i'm trying to buy Leicester tickets online, however it wont let me log into the account. When i try and recover the password for it, it says that they don't match up. This is a silly question, but is the 7 digit number on your season ticket your customer number? I know that the username is essentially the customer number, but i cant login even though i'm using the correct customer number and e-mail address and when i try and recover it, it says they don't match up... Unless im being stupid and using the wrong number Anyone else have any problems or are infact experienced with buying them online? Thanks for help Also quick question anyone have any idea on how much we've sold?
I had this happen on my account, so when I went down to purchase the tickets I intended to buy online I told them and they reset my account. It's worked ever since, so I hope that helps!
Gave up on the web, because it kept offering crappy tickets..much nicer to talk to a human being and get what you want.
Ok cheers guys ill send them an e-mail to see i they can reset it, if not, ill ring em up on Monday cheers
