was Quick Jack with drawn from the race or balloted out Hills are saying he was a non runner and refusing to refund stake they tried the same when Massi was balloted out of Wokingham at royal Ascot

Seems everyone is paying out other than Hill’s. went to the shop Thursday evening after five times trying to scan the slip I was told he was a non runner, tried to explain the elimination bit, she scanned the slip several more times told the same it was a non runner, she then rang for advice, he must of told her to rescan the slip as she tried again. he then quoted rule b of the ante post rule ( if the horse doesn't take part stake is lost) he seems to of left of the last line "unless balloted out" came home read the rule (all of it)Emailed them Thursday evening, got a reply fri morning assuring me he was withdrawn so was a non runner. I rang them, told the same, and I commented on staff not knowing the rules, I was told they are just people we put behind the counters, I except that might be the case but the people they then ring don’t know the rules either ? then told unless I could get an email from the racing post to say he was eliminated. Thought some chance of that. I did email the racing post and full credit to them I got a email saying they had contact the Horse racing Island saying he was eliminated sent this to Hill’s who are still refusing to refunds
Question is how many other punters have been ripped off by Hill’s

Not shown as a NR so must have been ballotted out. I believe that was expected which is why he went for, and won, a race earlier in the meeting.

Did some research yesterday but could't find a difinitive list of horses balloted out of the Galway Hurdle?
Backed him on Monday with Betfair just checked my account and the bet doesn't seem to exist so I presume he was balloted out?
    Good Luck

Would definitely have been balloted out because the horse had no chance of getting in, and why would the owners and connections go out of there way to forfeit the entry fees.
