hi, I'm an Everton fan and doing a piece on how opposition fans are viewing us with the changes this season at Goodison.

    1) What's your opinion on Everton's new manager Roberto Martinez?

    2) What do you make of our new signings? (Kone, Joel Robles, Alcaraz and Deulofeu)

    3) Do you think you'll finish above us next season? why?

    4) Where do you see Everton finishing next season?

    5) In the next 5-10 years, do you think Everton will continue to progress, stagnate or decline now David Moyes has left the club?

If you could answer any of them then that'd be great <ok>

    thanks

    1) Good manager, continuing his project at Wigan at Everton. Although he is almost having a sandbox mode with the large budget compared to that at Wigan, so he makes loads of signings he always wanted to.
    2) Good signings, but not all might be necessary
    3) Not sure, likely Everton will finish higher but I am not sure
    4) Between 5th and 10th
    5) I feel stagnate

    1) Did a great job at Wigan but this a bigger job and only time will tell. I think you have appointed a manager with 'huge potential' and it remains to be seen if he can realise that.
    2) Martinez usually gets the best out of his players and brings them on so no worries there.
    3) No - the first few games will probably provide a good indication as to how our season pans out, but I cannot see us in the top 10 after such a transistion.
    4) 8th - 12th
    5) I can see some stagnation through the transistion period but I think Martinez has the potential to improve Everton's quest for silverware in the long term.

Same as the rest of the views really, hope Martinez can do a good job for you as I've always liked Everton. Good luck.

I like Martinez, he proved he can get a team playing well with Wigan, and with the squad he has now I think he'll do well.
Kone seems a quality player, not seen much of Joel, but I remember he pulled off some brilliant saves last season, and Deulofeu sounds promising. Not sure on Alcaraz, Wigan were forever leaking goals, so I'm not sure how well he'll fit in, but Martinez must know him well and think he's up to it.
I wouldn't have thought we'd finish above you, but then again, we're not all too sure of what to expect Stoke to be like this season.
I doubt you'll do badly this season, but as with any team with a new manager, it might take a bit for everyone to settle. I reckon you could end up anywhere between 6th and 12th.
