    Cooking cheese: cheddar, guyere (depending on ...)
    Stinky cheese: runny camembert
    Salad cheeses: coverdale, brie (slightly runny), sage derby

    Fab fave cheese: blue stilton

    Blacksticks Blue is a tidy blue cheese if you are looking for a less pungent alternative to Stilton.

    Roquefort is the cheese of kings:)
