Done. I'm a sitter personally, but I've never had to stand before apart from the odd away game where I've been majorly intoxicated!!

Done - Indifferent - could sit or stand - but think my dad, since his heart attack, would be better sitting and I always go to the match with him - on the other side of that coin, standing area would mean you don't have to stand in the same place all the time it could get you away from the dickheads that sit around/behind you

My season card is for the south stand but I won't be ssitting there next year. Never have i been surrounded by such vile racist chav scum. Its getting intolerable for me. The seats behind me arwnt season tickets so we get the freaks of the week scenario every time and they seem to get worse by the game. Swansea we had two cretins and a young lad around 8 year old with them. They were smoking throughput the match and just spewing vile and racist remarks all night, the 8 year old joined in and they found it amusing that he called Ki a slanty eyed rice picker and Danny Graham a fecking cut.

All the non season tickets seats are attracting the bottom of the barrel and its getting truly awful.

Some good points there mate..For me the the survey was a bit too black and white, and didn't give the option that 'do you prefer to sit most of the time, but don't mind standing at certain exciting points of the game'..Which is basically where my views lie..
I do miss the option of moving away from dickheads that was available in the old terraces, but that would not be the case with the modern idea of standing, where you still have an allocated place..

Agree MrRAW. Could have had a little comments box etc to clarify why some decisions were given.

I "sat" in the south stand for the wigan game. Was horrified by some of the banter which was being bandied around considering I was with a 7 year old child. People were deliberately standing in front of him and saying things like "who gives a ****" when I politely asked them to sit down. Mind you I am pretty sure they were pikeys so cant really say much as they are basically scum. In the end we waked halfway round the ground and sat in some empty seats in the north stand. Never again will I buy a ticket in the south stand. In my opinion the ground has been made worse since the moving of the away fans as the atmosphere was helped by them being where they were. And before anyone says it helps the team to not be able to hear or see the opposition fans just check our bloody home results to confirm this theory is absolute tosh.

No 10 is a poor question. Do you mean standing up when in the seated area or standing in an area in among a mainly seated stadium?

Done. If people want to stand they should, I still like the older ground where it's a mix ( like Peterborough which is close to me) but they should be separated yes

I sit but standing could be perfectly safe. If its safe for 80,000 people to stand in the mud at a music festival its safe in a modern football stadium full of stewards.

The jarmens do it right. Watched a game over there and no bother. Wonder what the SoL maximum capacity would be if we had even just the south stand standing?

I moved from north stand to south stand as a result of the changes made to the black cats bar seating area.

I lasted 3 games in the south stand before I moved away. Racist thick ****s. Maybe it's better that they are all in there together to fester
