    Not a Celtic fan, but I'll give you my opinion.

    No!

    He can find the net alright but has often gone missing in games. I think he would have to play in the EPL before getting an England call up as there are better strikers in England IMO.

    I agree with you that he is maybe not quite good enough yet, and maybe never will be, but you say there are better Strikers in England - bar those already called up like Rooney, Defoe, Bent, Carroll etc theres not that much of depth of talent IMO

    I know the likes of Wellbeck, Walcott etc can play rhere and have potential - but honestly how many others are out there that are English and that much more proven than Hooper??
