If grayson was to last the full season and did not get into the playoffs again Would you back him for the 2012-1013 season or sack him ???
Nothing to complain about performance wise so he comes up with a hypothetical loaded question. Brilliant.
If we didn't make the playoffs, I wouldn't be surprised at all. The club hasn't invested in the necessary players, and until they do, I wouldn't really blame Grayson for the team not winning promotion. If he'd spent the £2million I reckon we needed to, and then didn't go up I would want him to get sacked. But he hasn't, chances are he won't be backed with funds so it doesn't matter. He's done well, with an overall average squad.
I've got 2 questions for you, bluememe. If Grayson stays for the season and gets Leeds promoted, what would you do? If Grayson is sacked and replaced by Martin O'Neill and O'Neill gets Leeds relegated, what would you do?
You're joking, right? Do you have any idea how much it would cost me to pay off the last two years of Larry's contract? No way. He's staying.
Not at all, although I'll admit to having chuckled at him once or twice over my evening Cognac. It's young men like him I had in mind when I wrote those programme notes last week. Isn't this fun? We used to use carrier pigeons to insult each other when I was a boy. Much quicker this way, and it costs much less in bird seed. Bonus!

I do not think that will happen but I do hope it does and as for O'Neill so Grayson can keep us but but a better manager cant? You're joking, right? But they sit all over your garden
I'm sorry but where are you getting the idea that O'Neill is a "better manager"? More experienced, yes, but how can you be sure that Grayson won't be at that same quality after that many years?
Who cares that is many many years away all about here and now. Not many are better the O'Neill any way and I do not see Grayson getting a team into the top 6 of the prem do you? Let's not forget a semi final and a final and getting a team out the championship and winning lots in Scotland
Excuse me young man. I am almost certainly not your uncle. You may address me as The Chairman, Mr Bates, Ken, or Evil Santa (during the month of December only). I do agree about Mr O'Neill though. And it's a blessed relief the verbose Irishman left before my arrival. I don't think Mr O'Leary and I would ever have joined the same golf club.
That not what my auntie margret said.... How many pies do you have your fingers in Uncle..... sorry...... Mr Chairman?
Kenny is not that bad they be good with each other mo n would like the challenge of getting this grate club back up. Go on kenny tell us we own the ground and next season will be ours.
Back him. We wouldn't find any better manager under Bates who could come closer to the playoffs/autos with the kind of budget he has. It's pretty simple really.
