Sat in pub sunday afternoon with a mix of city and fc mates when the kc lease got brought up so (Q) just how easy would it be to kick fc out or the allams to pull city out of the kc and move elsewhere. I thought the allams would have to give a one year notice to leave but others said between 2 and 3 years notice . what do others think or know.

On the grounds neither event will happen, I wouldn't worry too much about the details.

    About 89 years notice.

The leases were set up to protect the club's future ability to play in the stadium, so there won't be any more option to kick them out than a freehold owner has to kick leasehold homeowners off their land before the end of those leases.

On a similar note I was wondering the other day why the SMC is ran purely by the City ownership and the egg chasing ownership doesn't have a hand in there, specially as the egg chasers were te 'bigger' (more successful) team at the time. I was going to start a thread asking about this but won't bother now.
