Queens Park Rangers have been fined £7,500 by the Football Association after admitting a charge of misconduct in the west London derby at Fulham. The R's "failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion" during Saturday's 2-1 win. Referee Lee Mason stated three QPR players surrounded him after awarding Fulham a 95th-minute penalty in the Championship game, which was missed. Rangers have also been warned about their further conduct.
I'm not sure how the club is supposed to stop the players acting as they did, not that it was at all out of the ordinary in the circumstances. Surely the players involved should be fined directly.
Maybe the players should be fitted with special collars devices that explode their heads off (technical term) if they come within two metres of a bald **** in black?
