Our club is the building between Ellerslie Road and South Africa Road...big building...not pretty, but I call it home.
It is our home, who ever passes through it, they are just spectres in the night
Our club still remains after those spectres have passed through, and disappeared into the mist
    The club still remains

People who don't recognise our club make me sick

Bit harsh. People have legitimate concerns about what is happening to our club. No ethos. What do we stand for? Are we the same 'club'? What does the club represent? Look at it objectively and you have to be worried. We might get our club back some day and it might be in the Conference.

Sorry Kerry, I disagree...we are the club, without the fans...they would not have a club to play their games with.

I see QPR every single day on this board...I see the club I love here...I see it when I go to LR...I see it when I talk to random strangers on a train who are just wearing blue and white

I actually see my club in my mate who supports Arsenal in the same way I support the Rs

Do you remember the buckets we passed round?
Do you remember the Walk to Wembley?

I recognise my club in people like you

I have concerns like you all
But I still recognise my club

The club is nothing but the fans and our collective memories and hopes.

But if we are going to pinch people from Spurs, can we have Levy please? He's a right bastard but a good football CEO. Yes, I know, he's not coming to us......

As David M said in his recent blog, our club has lost its identity and players who come are not reminded what our history and ethos is/used to be.

This needs to be rectified. I am certainly in the "sick of my club" camp.

With respect Col...no you are not..That is why you have written what you have

You are not sick of the club, otherwise you would not keep going week after week, complaining

You may have had it up to your back teeth, with some of the people who run/play for club...but you are not sick of the club.

    Big big difference

I'm sick and tired of our club getting everything wrong Beth.

I'll never give up on QPR, but I can assure you that I am totally sick of the place at the moment. If I hadn't bought a season ticket, I wouldn't be anywhere near the place on Saturday.

Yep. No season ticket for me, but I'll make plenty of games.
    Good luck with your walk.

What a **** statement , how thick must you be , it's a figure of speech to express s feeling of despair at the situation .

And how are u so sure our club will always remain btw !? We have been run in a shocking manor ! Fines , demotion, player exodus ... Where could it end ? Dnt be so sure of your self before making cocky comments

What a stupid comment you made, she is just expressing her feelings & love of the club which I agree with, that's not a cocky comment just take a look at yours & then think about it, idiot.

Look at it this way, if the Spurs contingent pass through like so many of our previous staff then that link vanishes and we move on. If they stay, they become part of the club.

Les Ferdinand can hardly be called out on his affinity with us. Ramsey seems to have a growing love of all things hooped so we have a new goalie coach? Don't really see a problem with that.

As Beth says, it's not the people in situ that make the club and as one of the more travelled teams, it's not even necessarily the ground (although I does make a contribution to our identity).

QPR is a collective idea - all the tradition, superstition, matchday routines, memories of players, games and feelings.

Anyone could find a ground, stick some guys in blue and white shirts and call it Queens Park Rangers but that wouldn't make it so.

Our club is a collective conscience of everything that exists under our interpretation of QPR, personal and individual to us all but amalgamate the lot and you have it. It encompasses everyone that is vaguely aware of it but moreso those who live and breath the Rs every day.

This probably sounds waffling and incoherent hut that's included too (along with the skepticism too).

It will exist long after those men that turn up to the stadium or training ground everyday have gone amd they won't be able to remove even a tiny part of it.

If you ask me, AFC Wimbledon won the FA cup in 1988 not MK Dons because that's where the spirit of the club lies. The spirit of our club lies with us and not those who temporarily represent it.

At least we didn't end up with this one in our stable. Yet another piece of nice business by Levy.

Jake Livermore tests positive for cocaine with Hull midfielder facing two-year ban
    • Jake Livermore has tested positive for cocaine and faces a lengthy ban
    • Hull City midfielder failed a drugs test at Crystal Palace last month
    • Livermore will not play for relegation battlers Hull again this season
    • Tottenham youth product Livermore signed for Hull in August 2014
The 25-year-old only signed for Hull last summer in a club record £8 million move from Spurs, but they could look to terminate his contract – which has two years to run - if found proven he has taken cocaine in the days prior to a match.
