I can’t wait to retire and get a couple of dogs. It will be done in the first week. One will be a rescue dog.
Had two dogs, both proper mongrels, none of this labradoodle or cockapoo stuff. Crufts is a load of bollox, this year's winner could be fitted in a matchbox. In Malta I saw a couple with a Yorkie with a superman T-shirt on. When they wanted to eat in a cafe they stuffed it into a shopping bag, which they then zipped up. Predictably the yorkie let rip after a few minutes.
Living in a flat I have never been able to have a pet, although I am both a dog and a cat lover. Should I ever get a dog it would have to be a poodle, lovely little things.
Would love to get a dog but I am away a lot and it wouldn’t be fair. Am waiting to complete on a flat in Scarborough and will spend future Summers up there. Also going to Lake District in June and Malta in September. If I got a dog it would only be a rescue dog.
To get back on track. I have noticed my Love Thy Neighbour box set is still unfinished. I'm going to carry on ploughing through the series tonight.
2 sycophantic interviews by John Humphrys this morning, of IDS and Fantastic Mr Fox. I know that Humphreys is on his lap of honour, but this was what interviews were like before Robin Day, sort of "What would you like to say to the listeners today, minister?"
Hopefully seeing this piece at Anfield enabled you to 'destress' after your aggressive posts from this morning.
As many as that! I blame your change in attitude since this promotion as Moderator. You used to be such a nice person.
