You know you are getting old when every actor in quality British TV dramas is now dead.

Been painting too, Dick. My brassica cages so that I put them back together the right way after planting the sprouts and broccoli. Bloody rabbits and pigeons:emoticon-0183-swear.

Watching the Avengers today, it was noticeable how high the production values were in terms of the writing and casting. Can you imagine a British TV show these days with Patrick McNee, Christopher Lee and Glynn Edwards (Dave from Minder) ? Diana Rigg had left the show by that stage, but her replacement was very easy on the eye.

What a contrast to the load of sh1t on TV tonight - a choice between the One Show :emoticon-0132-envy:and The Royal’s Spending Habits :emoticon-0132-envy:

Interesting edition of Dispatches tonight, featuring some surprising people who have been doing very nicely out of B****t.

The usual left wing Channel 4 hate fest.

Jon Snow & the Indian guy don’t even bother to hide their left wing Remain views.

I NEVER, ever watch Channel 4.

Left-wing Channel 4, Left-wing BBC, oh dear. I wonder why Labour's latest rating is 21%? The only English-speaking channel I could pick up in Malta was Russia Today, which assured us that Mrs May's deal would go through today. Far from being a propaganda station it just seemed a cheapskate one.

The latter has completely lost the plot in recent years. I actually quite liked him, we shared a fondest for tobacco and have had many a good chat during his various incarnations serving the people of Glasgow and Bethnal Green and Bradford. Like many demogogues he is a pleasant man to talk to on an individual basis.

    It’s in their DNA.

Every one of the BBC presenters uses the phrase “crashing out” about No Deal.

If Lineker is an Ambassador for the so called 'Peoples Vote' then will he have to withdraw from MoTD while he is carrying out this role?

Not just on BBC though, it's come into common usage, much in the same way as "community charge" became "poll tax" despite efforts by officaldom to keep the original title.
    literally????
