I asked a few months ago how many players we would sign and 8 was joint top, now on a scale of 1-10 rate the quality.
When James reads the menu in a restaurant does he decide on the quality of the food before he eats any of it? The proof of the pudding is in the eating and we might have a clue about the quality of the signings by Christmas. We still won't have much idea after the first half a dozen games.
considering we have spent very little i am quite happy with most of the signings loft being real quality. if we start well we could have a really good season with the play offs a real possibly but a poor start and we could be looking over our shoulders again. we look like we have more pace in the side and if hessy and dack continue to develop we could have 2 homegrown players who could go a long way up the football scale.
Agree with all the above. Hard to judge even once 1/2 a season has been played. However, I think potentially our signings have been excellent. Each of them is either good and experienced (Loft & goalkeeper Morris) or young, pacey, hungry and well regarded with decent potential and good pedigree (all the rest). Can't wait for the season to start
