Just thought I would mention that he was in the bar today. I know he's a local lad as I went to school with him.

Is he a possible loan signing ???? You heard it here 1st ?

Would be good, but I've read championship clubs are after him so I guess he was there as a fan. Don't think we need another winger at the moment either.

Who knows but with ainsworth banned for a game, betsy not in contention because of a possible fall out it leaves us with grant and Harris.

It might help everyone out as he needs games and is local to the area

I know waddock come out and said that but no one really knows what's happening. Waddock also said betsy could possibly go out on loan?

I have heard from a trusted team player that I know there is a bit of disharmony in the ranks. From him waddock has been making strange decisions and won't listen to anyone else's advice. I'm hoping this isn't true :(

Might be a good signing but I agree with the above, betsy needs to come back into the side. Related to this, Ainsworth has been absolutely useless this season whenever I've seen him and he was on far too long yesterday. From the first stupid yellow he picked up it was clear he was a liability and its Waddock's fault for not bringing him off when he had the chance.

Lastly, I've heard Donnelly has had a falling out as well. I'm hoping this isn't true as we've looked so light without him recently. Waddock needs to sort it out quickly.

Cookie wouldn't be there as a fan as he is a QPR fan! I imagine he was there to see a few familiar faces in Rowlands and Ainsworth. Would be a good bit of quality for us if we could sign him on loan but I think better teams than us would be looking at him. Though the fact that we are 3 months in to the season and nobody has taken him on loan could mean I am completely wrong. It could be the concerns over his dodgy knee!

Hey Bizza What school u go to as he Knows my bro quite well and i thought he went to wye valley with him. Think Cookie still lives in Marlow So could be just taking in a local game, be handy if he does join he's a decent left winger with a good left foot. I use to speak to him alot ( Give him stick ha ha) when he use to frequent what was time night club in town often with danny sender.

Do we think the rumoured disharmony in the dressing room may be due to Waddock 'bringing off' certain players more often than others? <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

I'm not sure if everyone would agree but some of Wadoock's decision making has got wierder and wierder over the weeks. As I already said, he plays ainsworth all the time but never gives betsy a chance. He always plays foster instead of mccoy, plays tunnicliffe instead of johnson when possible and also stuck with benyon and halls for weeks on end when they weren't match fit and hasn't played them recently though both now probably have recovered and might play better. He also seemed very quick to drop Rendell; he played about 3 bad matches and was immediately shipped off. Oh well, rant over.

i agree with the blues some of waddocks decisions have baffled me and many other fans, first rendell then betsy. benyon looks about as usefull as an ash tray on a motorbike.leon is a million miles better than tunnicliffe, mccoy seems out of favour now i am not sure even waddock knows his best team.

I look at it like this. I'm not a Man U fan but Fergie must be one of the best managers of all time. How many clubs have had the same manager for so long and won so much? He does not stand for any nonsense. If any one crosses him, they are in serious trouble and probably half way out the door. Doesn't matter how good they are.

Is Waddock being like Fergie and not allowing players to get too big for their boots or is Waddock the problem? I haven't a clue but I hope it gets sorted soon because we are sure as hell going down if it isn't.

QPR fan in peace. I hope that you do take him on loan. He used to be a great player for us and I'm sure could still cut it in League One. His crossing is still excellent, although he will have undoubtedly lost some pace. If you have a striker in your team who is good with his head Cookie will make you goals.

He is also a great lad. If you didn't know, we had to sell him to Fulham when we were really strapped for money and he donated his signing on fee back to the club.

It looks like you'll be turning out a QPR legends side soon. Wild Thing, Rowly and maybe Cookie. Is Waddock's signing old QPR players irritating some of you?

That's what most of us thought in the Championship last season, but he didn't.

Anyway good luck against Notts County today, while we try to keep Man City to single figures! <cheers>
