    15 points and they might even miss out on the play offs with a bad run. Very harsh but if they knew they were breaking the rules then something serious has to be done to make other clubs aware of it.

    They're no Newcastle though, wouldnt we have still came 2nd if we had 15 points off? <whistle>

    Shame, as they deserve to get promoted. Would be annoying if they didn't and some ****e team came up who would just be the leagues whipping boys.

    The worst outcome for any away fan is for Reading, Norwich and Cardiff to come up!

    Shame for QPR fans they don't deserve this!

    Anybody know if the 15 point deduction is as specified within the law as the penalty for that offence, or they have just come up with that figure?

    We always tend to draw and lose against the leagues whipping boys - derby, watford. Imagine if Hull came up again, it woul be well done to Nigel Pearson who took them from 18th or sumin like that, to 7tg

    I'd be pissed off if I was a QPR fan - they signed this bloke 2 years ago, so not even this season yet to be punished this season, why were they not punished last year?

    I work in a call centre and was discussing this issue with a customer who is a QPR fan just last week and he was convinced there was going to be a big point deduction back then.

    I asked if Alejandro Faurlin (the player in question) was worth the point deduction and he told me he wouldn't even be worth a one point deduction.

    Its a very harsh punishment for QPR as the player has had little or no impact on their season. If the player had been Tarrabt for example then the size of the point deduction would be spot on.

    I'm a bit gutted really as QPR have played some great football in the Championship this season and would hate to see Cardiff/Norwich get both automatic spots because of this

    Just stuck another calendar entry in for today. <whistle>

    I thought the QPR thing had gone away, nobody has spoken about it for a while and everyone talked about their promotion as if it would be set in stone if they'd won one of their last three. Personally I don't really care about them, I want Norwich to get promoted but not Cardiff, so I have mixed feelings. It would be hilarious if Warnock got punished for this after going on and on about Tevez.
