The 24-year-old English-born Scottish international has been the bright spark in a struggling Hoops side since the season begun - recently scoring a goal of the season contender against Crystal Palace. Phillips started QPR's crucial Premier League clash with Aston Villa and showed his importance with a goal and two assists in the thrilling 3-3 draw at Villa Park. It means he has now been involved in nine goals (two goals and seven assists) in his last eight league appearances - only Harry Kane (14/2) and Olivier Giroud (9/3) have been involved in more Premier League goals this calendar year.
