HOGAN Ephraim would be happy to discuss a permanent move to Charlton after admitting his QPR future looks bleak. He said: "Of course I'd be happy to speak to Charlton if terms were agreed. I've got massive respect for the manager and if I wasn't interested I never would have gone there in the first place. "But there are a lot of factors in moving and the major one is the two clubs agreeing a fee -from what I know that hasn't happened yet. "Charlton are a club that deserves to be much higher than League One. I played against Oldham the other week and it came up on the big screen that there were 18,000 fans there - I think I only played in front of that size crowd once or twice last season and that was at a QPR side flying high in the Championship."
