Junior Hoilett is eager to make a good first impression when he plays his first competitive game for Queens Park Rangers. The 22-year-old signed a four year deal this summer after switching from relegated Blackburn Rovers and as the big Premier League kick-off at home to Swansea nears, the wingerâs attention is turning towards showing the Loftus Road faithful what he is capable of. âEveryone is looking forward to that first game and I am probably looking forward to it more than normal because I am at a new club and this is a new start for me,â he told the Râs website, adding: âIt will be great to get out in front of the fans and show them what I can do. Itâs an important game for me and for the club.â The former Ewood Park idol made his debut in Rangersâ 1-1 draw against Trabzonspor in Germany at the weekend. The Râs face one more friendly contest before the visit of Michael Laudrupâs Swans and they take on Budesliga side FC Augsburg at the SGL Arena in Augsburg on Saturday.
