    Match Preview;
Time to pick up some points or we are in deep trouble. It has only been three league games since we played and lost to Millwall. Since then we have lost 2-1 twice, and drawn 0-0 in the league, plus we were knocked out of the cup. Millwall have won two and lost one since that game, plus they were knocked out of the cup by league leaders Leicester City. Their top scorers are Zian Flemming and Kevin Nisbet with five goals each, and they'll be hoping to pick up points and solidify their position in mid-table. That said, they don't really need the points...so why not let us have them....please. Yes, I have reached that level of desperation.

They aren't the friendliest bunch of supporters, and they like to intimidate, and we can't let that get to us on Saturday. We need to start winning quickly. We're now 5 points from safety and some of our key players are just not looking up for it. Dykes is still our top scorer on 5 goals, but the last few games I have watched (couldn't watch the Watford game), he looked a bit lost up front by himself and needed some support. By the sounds of it Armstrong did well and contributed, and we need him, Willock and Chair to all start contributing some goals in order for us to get out of this situation.

Team news and manager comments to go up when they are on the official, enjoy if you'll make it to HQ, and as always...

    ...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!

I dont know that we need Willock to start. His effort level and interest seems to have vanished after a brief improvement under Marti.
I would like to see Cook start rather than Dunne and replace Willock with Smyth.

Rotherham (3pts below us) away to ‘boro, which should see them rooted to the bottom. Sheff Weds (1ptsabove us) home to Coventry will be a tough day for them. While Huddersfield face free falling Blackburn where it’s possible they could get a win. So we definitely need this win against a Millwall team who just had their 3 win streak broken against ‘boro at home.

The next three, like us, have not won in their last six games. Brum (8pts above us) away to Stoke (11pts above us); Argyle (9pts above us) home to Cardiff and Blackburn (11pts above us) home to Huddersfield (5pts above us).

We lose and these teams add points to those gaps and we will be up to the shoulders in sticky brown stuff.

Are these boys up for a fight? Are they capable? :emoticon-0138-think

Cook on average is far better than Dunne on average of course but I like that Dunne is available for work almost always while Cook is a part-time footballer. He was excellent against Watford but appreciate his form has been dire.

Top marks as always...Bolder is still playing for his brother's non-league side, North Ferriby, and he is 43 years old. There is hope for me yet.

    Cheers Dave.

Bloody hell, even these ****ers have beaten us more often than we have beaten them.

Anyone aware of any 'special' arrangements for Sat to make sure MFC fans have a nice, egotistical day out?
Last 2 seasons has been particularly annoying, having to circumnavigate the ground.

Don't they usually put something on the official site about any changes from the normal arrangement. Will probably go up in the next day or two if there is anything especially abnormal.

Yeah. Think a few years ago either the police or club said we can’t hold away fans in after as it’s a safety issue given the logistics of the away end and probably because some OAP on gear would kill a steward. Would be quite funny if they’ve forgotten to arrange anything or decided it’ll probably be fine but then again I’m not going to this one.

There is a good chance we will only be 2 points adrift come 5pm on Saturday and, with Huddersfield at home for the next match, it's surely now do or die?!

There was a good chance we’d be 2 adrift at 2pm Sunday and we ****ed it. Blackburn are **** and we’re worse so it‘s more likely to be 6-8 points.

Sheff Wed have a great chance to win too.

I was at the shambles of the first game v Watford. We gave them a good run last weekend - significant improvement.

Don't forget we were all resigned to relegation last season and then a few unexpected results saved us. I'm not saying we'll survive but it just needs a little bit of luck our way.

I’m negative about our chances looking at the run-in. It’s not inconceivable we get 4-6 points from these next two but the games from March onwards look brutal. If we have a hope we really need to be above the line at the end of Feb and I have zero faith that will happen.

We had zero expectations to beat Burnley at the end of last season. No fat lady in sight as yet. I'll agree you're right on the balance of probability but its a funny old game and it's the QPR way to find enough form to save ourselves.

I was away for Burnley but it sounded like one we could play 100 times again and not win. Just our day.

I went to Stoke a week or two after and it was atrocious. We got the win somehow and obviously scraped over the line even with the abomination on the final day but that team deserved relegation.

You can see the hope drained from these players. Many of them are out of contract at the end of the season and won’t put their necks on the line for us. Millwall and Hudds gives us some final hope but not really.
