Accidentally posted this in another article, however, going by the club website, we are ONLY taking the top tier. That's a shame! Sheffield Wednesday are taking both............. I wonder if they will open the lower tier if necessary!? Little bit concerned I won't be able to get a ticket for this!
Little bit concerned I wont be able to get tickets at all. Previously I rang a number asked for tickets and they came through the post nice and easy. Now I have just spent 10 minutes swearing at the computer getting nowhere and still no closer to tickets. Coffee break and try again.

Cheers stretchy, I was looking at the cup game, but posted on here as it mentioned tickets. Maybe off topic but how are others finding the ticketing on the ITFC sight? Just had another go at getting tickets and registering and it wont let me register just keeps telling me I have logged out. Anyone else had problems with it?
Had major problems with it for the Reading game when they went on general sale. A few things I DON'T get.......... 1- For away tickets, how the hell do you select concession!!?!?! Same for the home on the website actually. 2- I can no longer ask where abouts I would like to sit for away games - I really do NOT want to be the first 7 rows or so, so how on earth do I sort this out !!?!?!? Not happy at all. Very shoddy, as we often are off the pitch at present.
I would ring them and complain and the best way of getting anything done- email Phil TWTD and the Star. The club shop has taken over from the ticket office, you could ring a friend to get them there in person if you're not in town?
Westlake, I can answer 1. for you. According to the FAQ page there should be a drop down menu after you put the ticket into your basket.
Ah yes, very good you can change price banding then " update selection " and it does update the price etc! Will we get a lower tier for QPR also? I'll be disappointed if we only take the top!
Bought ticket for Reading match, had to registar, because like mighty horse used to ring up and had them sent to me. It worked just fine, and you can print your tickets off. The only problem I had was my fault, and not the clubs, it kept rejecting my payment, because I kept selecting the right card name, which was visa, but should have been selecting visa debit, so be careful
