I know we don't really care much about football today but is anyone watching? I saw Glenn Johnson put in a 2 footed tackle at chest height on the attacker whilst trying to clear the ball and it wasn't even given as a foul. I've got a photo on my iPhone but can't work out how to add it!!

Cattermole must be seething when he sees those things, it was totally irresponsible imo.

Dunne has just done a 'Vergini' to put Liverpool ahead but Liverpool threw it away and let QPR score a very soft goal.

Liverpool had a chance to win the title last season ....... I doubt they'll get another tbh.

Dont know whether I would rather be a SAFC or QPR supporter this weekend! I think our pain feels more chronic, whilst theirs will be more accute! Unless there is a big change in attitude from the players both of our results could be the corner stone for relegation! I know that sounds daft this early on and I'd like to think we could respond well to yesterday, but with our threadbare defence, we could try our bollocks off but still struggle. The fact we are relying heavily on Brown and O Shea worries me intensly. Beat Arsenal though and everything will be tickety boo! haha! (Even a well earned draw will be lovely thank you very much.)

All i want is to support a team with players who try their bloody best, a team who are not prone to bouts of total lunacy! I just want us to tick along nicely. Since I've supported them (30 years ish) I cant remember us having a season where we are neither going for promotion or flirting with relegation. I dont know if my ticker can cope anymore, and i'm only 34!!! <wah>

Shearer just had a right go at hendo and Joe Allen for qprs goal at the corner. Allen on the front post telling Gerrard to cover some open space. The player Henderson was marking then makes a run into that space and scores. Guess who is at fault, not Gerrard.

He seems to have a right be in his Barnet. Sorry, meant bonnet.
