It is understood however that the FA will seek observations from each club and will ensure that QPR and the police are taking the necessary steps to identify the culprit via CCTV and for them to face a banning order.
Hate it when the clubs get penalised for things like this. Not QPR's fault they had a few numpties in the crowd. And the club have reacted accordingly in trying to find and ban these morons.
