    MK Dons v QPR
By Jacob Murtagh Fulham Chronicle Jan 5 2012

QPR have injury doubts over Armand Traore, Fitz Hall and Jay Bothroyd ahead of Saturday's FA Cup third round tie.
Traore (calf) and Hall (hamstring) missed training this morning, while Bothroyd was due to resume sessions at the club's Harlington HQ after a back complaint.
Boss Neil Warnock is set to name a strong side against the League One promotion-chasers as he looks to avoid a repeat of the Carling Cup upset to Rochdale earlier this season.
New loan signing Federico Macheda is set to partner DJ Campbell in attack, while there could be a rare start for Tommy Smith on the wing.
But Joey Barton serves the first of his three-match ban after the FA rejected QPR's appeal against his sending off in Monday's defeat to Norwich.
“There's one or two knocks but I am going to play the best team I can,” said Warnock.
“The FA Cup is special. It's an opportunity for the lads against a good footballing team.”

will be good to see Tommy Smith given some playing time, and if DJC can get 90 mins under his belt then all the better for us.

Yes, this should be a good match to try and stay in that cup and give a few players some competitive action, especially DJ and Macheda. Some other players need a top up of competitiveness, such as Tommy Smith, Buzsacky, Hall, Hulse as we may need them if things go further tits up.

It will pain me so much to see Hulse feature at all. I'd rather see a lively youngster who is nippy who could at least get us off our seats a little bit.

Where is Troy Hewitt? Give him 30 minutes against MK Dons just to see what he is about. Liking DJ and Macheda up front if it happens.

Hewitt will probably be out on loan before the window closes, didn't do much on his previous loan...

If we don't play something very close to a full strength side we will struggle to avoid defeat. They're no mugs at all, very strong at home and will be well up for it.
