I think a more accurate way of putting it is that they're going to throw thousands of pounds at a ****ing useless crock of **** that hasn't seen more than a few consecutive matches for the best part of his entire career.

Hee's had a hell of an unlucky career.
He may have been a pratt in his younger days but he was a top footballer.

Good luck to the lad, hope he ends on a high!

Best thing he can do is sign up for Ipswich, they wanted to extend his loan so clearly would be interested. If he could accept that he is not worth £80kpw and sign a reasonable one-year contract with Ipswich he could see out his career on a high.

Born in Ipswich so he'd be a local hero, ability-wise he is European standard, just obviously his injuries mean he can't get a run of form to really show it these days. Let's not forget he's been capped 33 times so he's certainly not where he is for lack of talent.

£10kpw with bonuses, playing every other game and helping Ipswich push for a playoff spot, then he could retire with his head held high.

He should take inspiration from his ex-teammate Craig Bellamy. He knew people saw him as a bit of **** and he was tired of not even getting on the bench so he decided to help out his home club and they loved him for it.

Kieron, ignore the $$$ of QPR, go to the bigger club Ipswich and be a hero. <ok>

He'll be on a pay as you play deal at QPR so he'll not be getting paid much!

Was hoping Ipswich would take him so him and Bowyer could be re-united. They follow each other around like!

In his peak he was near unplayable though! Just saying! A midfield of a in-from/youngish Kieron Dyer with bags of pace/energy/box-to-box agility would be a perfect partner for Tiote.. also Dyer could play out wide effectively & in the ''hole''. <ok>

Don't think we've had a faster player since he was like lightning until he broke and fell apart.

If it cost $6 million to rebuild the Six Million Dollar man in the 70's; to rebuild Dyer now would cost more than the IMF have had to use to bail out Greece, Ireland, Portugal and soon to be Spain and Italy.

Maybe Dyer is responsible for the country's national debt? Who knows what methods the physios have been using!

I think all footballers who end up a knacker job should take the Hargreaves approach and release funny videos. I do think Hargreaves missed a trick though. it would have much funnier had he got himself in a wheelchair, rolled up to some evangelistic preacher/healer, pretended to experience some sort of supernatural happening and then did his routine.

Think Bothroyd was a good signing but that would just cancels out if they got Dyer.

Dyer was class - remember him scoring a cracker for us a few years back - if he wasn't so fragile he could have been up there with the best!
