Toughest game of the season? Good time to play them? We often win at Loftus Road. Me thinks a 2-0 loss on the cards this year though. Love to be proven wrong of course!
I also can think we'll get done 2-0 - stranger things have happened tho, so i hope im proved wrong. As long as i stay away from Loftus road, then we have half a chance (have not seen a Town win in seven games)
I really think we'll win this one 1-0. One thing that Town have been good at over the past few seasons is getting results against the big teams, think west ham and Newcastle. We struggle against the teams we should beat easily. Hyme to score in the 72nd minute.
As westy said this is probably the toughest game of the season, prem squad, huge budget, should be too much for us, the only consolation is that most of the other teams will lose there as well.
If QPR click and are in the right frame of mind I think they'll be hard to stop but the longer the game goes on and the longer we frustrate them the more likely we will be able to scrap a result and knick a goal or 2. I'm going for a 2-0, Chambers and Murphy
Probably best time to play them, but saying that and i don't normally do it but i reckon we will lose 2-1 didds scoring.
1-0 McGoldrick (Pen) Squeeky bum time throughout though as we ride our luck and pull off a classic smash and grab
Need to rely on our defence today. Shut hoilett down and we may have half a chance. Getting them early on is a bonus but I'm feeling this is a tough 90 minutes coming up and we'll go down 1-0. 88 minute Zamora. I hope I'm wrong.
Unlucky result, I really thought we were going to hold on for a draw. Still, we gave a good account of ourselves but maybe time for a change in the front two with neither McG of Murphy having scored yet.
Surprise, surprise. McGoldrick is a lightweight. Why sign a forward who was less than average on loan for us? Sounds like we did great defensively again, we just need a couple of killer forwards.
QPR in peace.. Thought McGoldrick was the only player who looked like hurting us today. I certainly wouldn't consider him a lightweight- more cruiserweight. Your defence did do well at times but I thought the scoreline flattered you guys a bit. I know he's ex-Norwich but I was surprised at how much animosity there was towards Green.
No shame in being beaten by a team with QPR's qaulity even though I think HR is a poor manager Two tough away games at the start of the season and although we have lost, and it appears been outplayed today, at least we didnt get stuff like we would have done under the previous regime. On McGoldrick, I dont think any town fan thought we would be a goalscoring sensation, we just admired his touch of class from his loan period.
