Just back from my four week Paralympic adventure Have we forgiven SWP then, is he now brilliant? (real question is...why is he playing what have I missed)
Shame Mbia is not playing would have like to see him play still not sure if swp should be starting a head of Hoilett. Must also say we have a very strong bench. And if you think add Diakite and Mbia to that as well when they are fit.
A very defensive team. Typical MH. He has left out our most dangerous attacking players - Cisse, Adel, Hoillet - and plays Anton, not Onouha - I think we may get done for lack of speed defensively.
Hmmm! I did say I would hold a moratorium on Hughes, but now I'm not so sure. Why aren't Adel and Djibril starting???
Because MH is a boring, negative, defensive g*t. He is really starting to p*ss me off now. Looks like he's trying to park a bus, which has big holes in the middle. I reckon Zamora will play back in midfield most of the game with AJ up front by himself.

We're coughing the ball up too often in our own end - another example of great hands by Cesar - after Green he fills me (and likely our defence) with some confidence. I like the way he shooed those Chelsea players away after the SWP penalty appeal.
As the commentator mentioned - Mackie is a different style of player than Johnson, so not so good playing alongside Zamora. Head down works for him running on the wing, making crosses, but in the centre you have to keep your head up.
