Clint wasn't sure what his problem was, he was just told that Hughes refused to have him in the team - he was wouldn't even speak to him or look at him.

It all adds up to a very sad and thin-skinned individual when it comes to accepting his failure at LR.

The man must have a deeply fragile personality - he clearly doesn't deal well with setbacks. As Clint said, he needs to own up to his mistakes. It's a very weak minded individual who runs away from his disappointments and tries to pretend they didn't happen or were not his fault.
