QPR on verge of landing Lazio winger Pasquale Foggia in action for Lazio Tweet By talkSPORT Wednesday, July 13 0 comments QPR are closing in on the signing of Italy winger Pasquale Foggia. Lazio boss Edy Reja is planning a summer clear-out and the 28-year-old, who started just two Serie A games last season, will be one of the first out of the door. And sources in Italy have revealed that the tricky wideman is wanted by Premier League new boys Rangers, who have already made contact with Lazio about signing Foggia. The Italian side are keen to sell and it has been claimed that he could be in London for a medical as early as Monday, when he could be announced as a QPR player if it is successful.
Here we go!! This is what we want!! Ah memories of Di Carmine come flooding back..... Foggy for the Hoops
As someone said earlier, it really is like waiting for a bus. They're coming at us from all directions now. Don't want to resurrect an old thorn but what happened to the young and hungry idea? This guy seems to be about the youngest so far - at 28 that's some feat.
The Italian connection rears its ugly head again. More no hopers getting in on the act and what are the chances that his agent is an old buddy of Paladini?
Not another Hulse then... seems like Lazio couldn't wait to get rid - and certainly ain't likely to be a Warnock candidate.
Yeah he could but you know what? If Flav had just let me sign the players I wanted and he desperately wanted this Italian kid on a season's loan then why not? Its Flav's money and politically why not let him, he does OWN the club.... Faurlin worked out ok remember?
The answer is quite simple WBA. The second a Club's owners get involved in picking who to sign etc everything is GUARANTEED to end in failure. And there's nothing you can say or spin that will change that fact. Sometimes I do wonder about you WBA!
Swords if I owned QPR I would be going for Del Piero, Raul and would suggest to Neil Chris Morgan might be worth a punt (just to keep him happy) I see nothing wrong in it. The man's shelled out a few sobs to get us back in the Prem I can hardly begrudge him for putting Parejo, Di Carmine, Alberti, Pellicori, Ledesma, that other Italian bloke who was actually quite good and stood in the crowd with us away at Vanilla, and maybe La Foggia. Small price to pay. Plus it scares my Gooner supporting brother that we 're actually signing someone other than Wes Brown or whoever
