Good evening all, I’m looking for some help. I’ve bought a membership for the first time in years, it’s been a few years since I’ve been able to make a game due to work. With e ticketing when I buy my match day ticket does it appear in my app? Are any discounts automatically added? Basically what do I do and what happens?
I emailed the club last week asking when memberships were on sale, as the club site is ****ing useless. Didn't realise that they were available now. Best get on it.
You should get an alert when members sale window for tickets for all games opens. Then buy your ticket through the site (it’s a link from the app, I think, you need to ‘link’ your membership and ticketing accounts. **** knows why). As far as I can remember they send the ticket as an email attachment, and you can print or download to Apple/android wallet on phone. The App is so clunky I wouldn’t trust it for anything.
I read it somewhere, official web I think. If you paid by card last season then the membership would be automatically renewed. They wouldn’t charge you twice, WOULD THEY?
Right not exactly correct:- 2021/22 members who opted into our Direct Debit finance option will have their membership automatically renewed, with payment being taken on Monday 1st August 2022.
I’ve not been a member for three years now, but I miss the goody bag sent with renewing. Sadly my bottle opener that played pigbag when used has just stopped working after about 10 years, I am devastated and vow to stop drinking beer, well I am a bit sad about it
