QPR man suffers another injury setback 27/04/2012 by David McIntyre Heidar Helguson has had a setback in his bid to overcome an ongoing groin problem. The QPR forward has suffered an adverse reaction following his recent return to training and could be sidelined for the remaining matches of the season. Helgusonâs condition will be assessed early next week in order to determine whether he might be available for either of his teamâs final two matches. He will certainly miss Sundayâs derby at Chelsea, where Rangers may also be without Samba Diakite and Djibril Cisse. Midfielder Diakite has missed training because of illness, while striker Cisse is nursing a knee problem and faces a fitness test ahead of the game at Stamford Bridge.
That's a bit of a sickener alright, I really could see Cisse with his pace putting a couple away on Sunday, hope he makes it.
Diakite will be the biggest miss if he doesn't play. Derry, Buzz, Barton, SWP and Mackie then if none of the above are fit. Not good.
Too close til then end of the season to be injured..Inject them and send them out !!!!!!!!! Black Knight: 'Tis but a scratch. King Arthur: A scratch? Your arm's off. Black Knight: No it isn't. King Arthur: What's that, then? Black Knight: [after a pause] I've had worse. King Arthur: You liar. Black Knight: Come on ya pansy.
Bloody hope so, really feel we can get something on Sunday but will need these two. Gutted for Heider as well.
if you could have diakite and cisse play against chelsea, but be certain to miss stoke as a result, would you rather they played, or save them?
