I was thinking that you lot had achieved a great escape yesterday and had respect for your team.Until your players heard the result from Stoke and then threw the game for City.I'm a neutral but think it cheapens football and this title in particular by the manner of it's "winning".Yes City won the title -Stoke City.
Threw the game? We worked our socks off throughout. The fact is, we lost to a phenomenally good side who have destroyed other teams this year by a far greater margin than 3-2. In the final 5 minutes they were desperate for goals, and their quality and ability meant they could get them. We didn't let them score...see the defenders trying to throw themselves in front of the ball to block the shots.
Yeah....we just let one of the best footballing sides in the world, assembled by Billionaires score, as they just wernt good enough to score past the mighty QPR. You can see Aguero's final goal came from the fact that they have players with the ability to do so.....not us letting them run into the goal.
This is a very poor attempt at a wind up, if you are going to fish for bites - you should really try harder. Or better still just celebrate a great Norwich season, instead of trying to annoy others. You have three months to hone your talents in the close season - along with Supernorwich23, Dangerous Marsupial, Munky Canary and the rest of your yellow wallopers that infest our threads.
Well thats what you get for cheating Ashley Young ... it's great to know we had the title to hand it to we wanted Up your arse the FA
Norwich City 1 ManC 6 Yes, that was the game that handed them the title, not our heroic battle against the odds.
Daft WUM. If Aguero had not scored, it should have been a penalty! Onuha's foot was planted solidly on Aguero's!
I think he is being sincere sadly. Norwich have made many friends this season but unfortunately their mainly excellent support has a core of people still suffering from the mental limitations imposed by the inbreeding that was common in East Anglia until WWII. I'm not sure how the local 'institutions' will cope when City inevitably fall back next season.
It is very hard to find any Club who I would like to go down more than Norwich. Everything about them is totally horrible. I hope the norwich, the false hoops, and villa are all cut adrift before Christmas!
Loads of people on here seem to hate Norwich. What's even more bizarre is some don't know why, they just do! Personally, all I care about is that next year there is a reasonable chance that we will be taking six points off them and many other teams too. It is points that matter!
QPR fans, don't take the bait by abusing him. The best thing to do is ignore this thread and move on. I for one am happy that QPR stayed up as this means all three promoted sides stayed up for the first time in quite a while.
