    Thanks 9s.

Always fascinating to hear SLF/JFH and LH insight into the club.

Cheers KPD, without trying to be a sycophant, I think SLF, JFH, & Hoos spoke as honestly and as transparently about the current situation with the club as it stands at this moment in time. No questions were dodged and each one was addressed well without any flannel.

Hopefully some of the issues that have been raised on this forum have been put to bed.

So overall it's a time of comfort and stability for us . No real progress anywhere in fact
You can only look forward to your next game and in this league anything can happen ... Corporate words don't influence that
I would of liked a mention of having a pop at doing the best we can as beat Preston and there is a good chance of the play offs because of the fixtures

This waffle of being in the top half of the table is rubbish
We have currently won our last two games and two clean sheets

Get a 1-0 away Saturday this thing is on because the teams above us are all beatable we are no roll overs currently

He did actually say his focus is always on the next game and he wants to win because wins are important.

I guess if you're going to look for the negative, you'll always be able to find it...

I wonder what the issue with Yun's work permit is?

An interesting listen that. Les and Lee could learn a lot from Jimmy about constant close to mouth mike control.

Wins are vital not important if you team is just three away from a play off match. Any team can say they will be better next year ... In fact they all do
Winners are people who respond to the now

Stop waving your agenda at us DT, wtf were you hoping they would say? that was clearly more than just PR fluff. We got some proper insight in my book, particularly interesting Les' views on under 21's league and it's lack of value.

That's exactly what he said, he goes into every match with the intention of winning ?

Every manager goes into every match with a plan of how they can win the match.

Wins are vital for the bottom 4, top 4, and everyone in-between !

"Winners are people who respond to the now" ?? So when a bottom team upsets a top 4 team, that makes them winners and top 4 team... What ??

As JFH says, what is far more important "for the now" is progress in team performance, as the results will follow, if the teams performance keeps improving.

There were a lot of straight answers even from Hoos who made it very clear the Club didn't accept the validity of the FL FFP. From Les on the U21's (loaning out gave better competitive match training), and from Jimmy, very clear Jet is not for him (hope he told Jet first!) and that dead right of course he wants to win Saturday, every game and very definitely Promotion this season if we get that chance. Not sure all of it was new, but good to hear straight from them.

All they had to say is given our position we will have a go
He said to the effect that points were nice and the team was improving
Sorry but I believe in this league anyone can beat anyone but the teams that fight do the business
We have scored 5 let in none and have 6 points over the last two games. In this environment par Burnley that is a run and form
It's of course a long shot but I believe you give the fans the full intent that we will go for it .
The current position to be is a blame culture of the terrible past and just words on how we are going to do this and that ... Nothing new just three men collectivity showing off their cv's

Of course it's a better way than having that idiot Redknapp peddle his bollocks of the past but where exactly are we today?

A poor start by JFH and only now we get the introduction to policy

Make no mistake it takes time and credit to them for getting the last six points ... Make it 9 then 12

The whole thing to me at times sounded like the way football teams currently disrespect the FA cup or how Arsenal players come out in the press and say they must try harder etc... Just words and IMO weakness

The last two games for our team have at last made us look like we boss teams again I say build on that and set new targets

The rubbish about QPR from SLF about suddenly changing from a club that needed stability then changed to wanting promotion and now back to stability just shows complete weakness IMO

Words about building up a overnight youth set up that will produce just one or two players again is crap quoting that a Arsenal youth team still has players in the game ... That sounds great does it not

Arsenal have the players because they buy them young from France and they can attach them

What I watched was a reverse shift of brainwashing ... Look we are just a baby club again and know our place in the championship if we can of course stay in it

In SLF future vision we produce one or two players then the money will step in and buy them anyway

Wake up the premier league will just get worse from now on in. All talent will be snapped up and every club in this league produced two players anyway so what is he saying ? Sounds a bit thick to me

I met Lee Hoos for two hours and 30 minutes of that was taken by him telling me what he did at Burnley ... Better job comes up he will be off because this business is all about winning ... We have a winning team now so use it I say

It's dog eat dog and from my view it still looks weak and full of fluff

I think we should give credit where it's due.

They've gone to the trouble of organising this event and, as far as I can tell, they've answered a lot of key questions very openly and honestly. It was a useful update on things like the training ground, new stadium, finances, playing staff etc. and I think they had some very positive, encouraging things to say on all fronts. I like hearing about the issues affecting my club directly from the people who run it, rather than listening to rumours, or reading nonsense presented as fact by journalists with one eye on their circulation figures.

    Well done, chaps!

Look it's great that us fans have given them slack but I am saying keep it real lads and do not forget the Fulham game. Who likes getting thrashed by the ruperts ... It certainly hurt me because they aren't a good team and somehow we weren't up for it ... Not acceptable

Yet here we are with a glimpse of something to really fight and dream for and already we are defeated and resigned to hopefully doing better next year. I was one that said we would finish 14th because of the mess our club has got itself into ... That is their fault not ours

The prize currently in front of us is bigger than any realistic spin this video served up ... It should be cup football now IMO until fate decides it

I know no other way. Winners are people who just do it then discuss it all afterwards ... That's called celebration. Celebration of fluff and being content with that leads to people reflecting and picking the best bones just to make them happy

I say get happy we are playing Preston a great side when I watched them live but no teeth ... Let's beat them and give ourselves back some control of our destiny

I said LR had lost it and it maybe has because us fans pay the price every time for other people's **** ups

Look at Palace fans total respect for them

5 without reply and 6 points is exactly the start we need to get our souls back and I will be the first to say that recently I have doubted the passion and love I have for our club

Don't talk about footpaths and people selling **** cars on HP or even an academy that we have no idea how to run and chances are will be raped each year ... Build a west London club ffs who play in the famous hoops a place that attracts new fans and new players

A cool club with heritage not some fluffy corporate failure full of excuses

If TF understood this then he may well have another business success but he looks currently to me as a loser in life

JFH and SLF look like they could be tough which is good ... Not sure about Hoos yet but I say don't roll over on one press conference

In fact have them each week only then will things grow as we are in this thing together

He is a great man of course but I think he will be the first to admit in fact he has that sport is a different business
Having to hide or write off 130m quid isn't good
