    Now according to Sky Sunderland are 5/6 to get Crouch,don´t you just love the transfer window in the final days.

    He could have been quality if he bulked up a bit, learned to be more aggressive etc but he's not going to perform miracles now. For anything over 5 million I'd snap their hand off. I can't believe such sums are mentioned considering his form in the league last year.

    29 games - 4 goals.

    Sky Sports News report that Sunderland have made a £10m bid for Tottenham striker Peter Crouch.
