After Alejandro Faurlinâs own goal cancelled out Bobby Zamoraâs opener, Jermain Defoe fired home to give the north London club the win over the early season strugglers but the Râs boss felt that there were two fouls in the build up. âFor the second we are very disappointed with the referee,â he added. âIn the build up, there was a clear foul on Esteban Granero then an even more blatant foul on Nedum Onuoha. âAs he is running back towards his goal he gets taken out, but the referee didnât think it even warranted a free kick.â
100% right Granero was fouled and so was NO in fact he was completely taken out ... It matters not now and IMO nothing to moan about re our team. The Granero threads are very fickle trying to blame him in fact any nit picking is again completely fickle. In life you will never never achieve anything with this attitude. I pledge to ensure that I comment on such negativity ... Some people on the don't know they have been born The best performance for 18 years by a QPR team and no one as of yet has offered another game. Last season there was Arsenal and Spurs and City at home yet none of these are close as they ... So why oh why do we scratch around for negatives? Infected is the only answer I can think of . The fan base on here at times is slipping
Tried to make this point in two different posts last night, but no one seemed to pick up on it. It wasn't Granero who was fouled. Think it was Onouha in an off the ball incident at the half way line while chasing back. Certain free kick, 100%.
Yes, true. But those ones are rarely given as the referee would be swarmed after that. We all know how they don't like pressure.
