It reads like one of those waffly articles on a subject that the author knows nothing about. Perhaps he'd be listening to the B-52's "Mesopotamia"?
I think that's pretty much what some of us have been saying for the past few days. We are being funded by the owners, just like the scum and man city. The owners are risking their own money and will ultimately bear the losses. The morons out there who have a dig at us for spending, well, they support clubs where the owners don't have deep pockets and rely on their clubs financials to stay afloat. These clubs are more at risk of being the next pompey than we are. Now this is assuming the mittals and tony & co continually fund the club but hey roman's been doing it for 10+ years and he has less money than our owners.
