Anyone else looking forward to the sparks that'll fly over at QPR? Warnock managing a team with Tarabaat, Boothroyd and K. Dyer? Who else should they sign to fit in with them? Pity they missed out on Lee Bowyer and Chopra... :smiley-finger007:

    Thanks for the replies guys.

Well, to me, any of the other Prem teams are interesting as rivals and, in a wider sense, I'm generally interested in football so, if there's something going on at a different club then I pay a little attention. Ultimately, if we are being realistic, we could be going into the end of the season fighting against this club to stay in the Prem so I do look at who they're signing. That's just me.

QPR haven't covered themselves in glory, both their manager in some of his comments about our club and their fans in their visits to this site but, in reality, that is purely the actions of WUMS. No doubt the majority are perfectly nice and I do feel a little for the club - the actions of their owners, in particular the way they have increased the ticket prices, seems only designed to punish the real fans.

Still, when a manager who is a little unpleasant, who works for a club that has behaved in some questionable ways, starts to sign some players that are destined to play up like a bunch spoilt todlers at a three year old's birthday party, then I thought it was worth a comical thread speculating what other annoying players they could sign.

I thought that might be a little amusing. Sue me.

Ultimatley, if we are going into the end of the season fighting QPR to stay up, then I find it a little reassuring that they'll have Tarabaat in Paris, Dyer on the treatment table and Boothroyd throwing a tantrum. That's just me.

Haha, fair point. It's just there's been a fair bit of acrimony between some QPR fans and ourselves on here about the "Welsh in the English League" malarkey, so I think most of us are just sick of hearing about them in general!
