    QPR adviser Di Marzio insists PSG target Taarabt will not be sold

    QPR football adviser Gianni di Marzio insists they won't sell Adel Taarabt.

    The midfield schemer is the subject of intense interest from PSG, but Di Marzio says the R's will hold onto him for their Premier League debut.

    "He will have a great championship," Di Marzio told TMW.

    "We, of course, we intend to keep him for this season, he will not go to Paris Saint Germain.

    "He has offers from many teams, but we do not intend to sell him. "

    No sane person will offer £18m but then this is football we're talking about so I fully expect Wigan to lodge a bid by teatime....
