What was the exact wording of the question? Was the question asked written or spoken? Sometimes when people are asking trick questions they use homophones. Ask for the question in writing.

Don't know where this as come from but think Keith Gillespie once played in net for Man Utd after their keeper got sent off, I could have imagined this though. Google doesn't return anything. He played for Newcastle but wasn't a striker.
