Hi people be gentle I'm a new member. Do you think Adkins will use the opportunity of no midweek game to utilise the final full week of the transfer Market? Is it planned to be like this or just coincidence? Probably a silly question but what do you expect from a newbie :bandit:

Good suggestion; it maybe. NA may be awaiting the submission of premier league 25 man squads as this may leave some good players needing games on a loan deal. I don't think loans "fit" the vision but maybe considered. Eg Gorkss or another CB on loan. This would fit the plan as Dan Seaborne and Aaron Marrin are obviously part of NAs future plans. An experienced CB on loan could help these two develop.

That is exactly what we're waiting for. Better option than clubs tryingto mug us off.

Adkins won't be doing the negotiating, just making suggestions. I'm sure he becomes involved at the stage when they need convincing to come. It has occurred to me recently how exhausting this phase must be to Nicola and his team. All the work put in, almost getting the job done and then, for various reasons, it doesn't happen. I wonder if he's considered kidnapping as an option!
