Was it just me or did that season go extremely quickly. Thankfully its over and we can move on to better things starting wth the imminent announcement of the new manager.

I'm really looking forward to summer and the new season, what with the new man coming in, new signings, the World Cup and the interest that comes with the disjointed pre-season that always follows when players in successful teams taking extra rest before the season kicks off.

My only concern is that the big prima-donna that is Rooney won't (or won't try) to hit it off with the new manager and he starts throwing his toys out the pram again come Christmas - if he does, get rid of him. That's what happens when you have one manager for so long, players don't learn how to adapt.

With only domestic footie to focus on - bring on next season

Domestic treble is the minimum expectation.
