Pulis Speaking to Keys and Gray

Just thought I'd mention... Heard Pulis on talksport this morning. He said, specifically, that we would sign two CMs, a 'wide man' and two strikers. I am assuming 'wide man' means cover for Ethers and Pennant rather than Jon Parkin. When they tried to link him with any names he gave his usual talk about 'his way of doing things' and not revealing anything to the media in advance. Sounds promising.

 

Heard about this. Good to hear Pulis is targeting the spots which seriously need targeting.

I've been wondering about David Bentley as wide cover. He hasn't really been mentioned much and would be an ideal candidate for Tony's reassuring arm around the shoulder of a down and nearly out footballer... Any thoughts?
