Pulis-shaped timebomb ticking away under Redknappâs feet at QPR The Rs might have to move quickly if they fancy the former Crystal Palace boss. Pulis-shaped timebomb ticking away under Redknappâs feet at QPR 22 1 reddit0 0 Things were meant to be oh so different at QPR this time around, with the Super Hoops certain to have learned from their last desperate spell in the Premier League. However, once again Loftus Road has become a hotbed of overrated mercenaries and Harry Redknapp cronies, with the net result that QPR sit bottom of the league after seven games. An unnecessarily busy summer has left the Rs a mess of a team, with a back three experiment quickly abandoned and no-one any the wiser as to what exactly is their best side. Whatever it is, most would argue it shouldnât include Rio Ferdinand, who at times has been used alongside Richard Dunne in a backline with a combined age greater than many countries. Redknapp has stuck by the disastrous Ferdinand thus far, as well as failing to inspire a band of summer imports with big reputations like Mauricio Isla and Eduardo Vargas. QPR are now just 13/20 to be relegated, which could be financially catastrophic for a club laden with ageing players on inflated wages. Tony Fernandes will surely feel the need to make a change if things donât improve soon, and upcoming fixtures against Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City could well spell the end for Redknapp. The former Tottenham Hotspur boss is now the comfortable favourite at 1/2 to be the next Premier League manager to leave their post, an impressive feat in a market that also contains the hardly-beloved Alan Pardew (3/1). Glenn Hoddle, who was added to the staff over the summer, is reportedly in the frame for the hot seat, but Fernandes might have another man in mind, a certain baseball cap-sporting miracle worker whose current unemployed status wonât last long. After guiding Crystal Palace to 11th and winning manager of the year last season Tony Pulis will be at the top of many struggling Premier League clubsâ lists if they are considering jettisoning their current manager. The former Stoke bossâ notoriously high wages demands might price him out of a few jobs, but not QPR, who could well see Pulis as their last hope of top-flight survival. Fernandesâ trigger finger is no doubt already covered in a grotesque outbreak of excema due to QPRâs poor results, add in the fear that another side might pinch Pulis from under his nose and you get the perfect recipe for an imminent Redknapp departure. - See more at: http://bwinbetting.com/leagues/prem...apps-feet-qpr,62364.html#sthash.ghrSSZU8.dpuf

The circus just starts again. Pulis arrives. Pulis clears out Harry's backroom staff Pulis installs Pulis' backroom staff. Pulis drops the 'not right sort' players. Pulis plays new players - loans and buys in January. Pulis uses above to explain why QPR rooted to bottom of PL. Pulis avoids the word 'gel' since he reads this forum. Pulis knows that the average teenager has more gel than the QPR team. Pulis banks as much of TF & Co's money as possible before relegation in the summer. Pulis man for the job says TF as he seeks the much craved stability. Pulis keeps job with promise to rebuild a gain promotion at first attempt. Pulis manages QPR at Wembley May 2016 for the play off final. Pulis - (insert own ending depending on how positive / negative you feel about a likely outcome).
RTID ............. You make a valid point, if TP comes in, out with the old, in with the new ............... more of the same all over again. If only we had players who could earn their keep and live up to their expectations. By the way, have you penciled in Zamora for the proposed .......'Pulis manages QPR at Wembley May 2016 for the play off final.'??????????? It is only a few games away for Bobby so he should be in good nick.
Can't see it happening I am not sure Tp is the answer for us I want us to play QPR football again Sick to death about this formula of survival that some posters think is an answer Harold will stay unless he is booed on Sky v Liverpool and his pride is smashed ... His image will always be more important than our club If we get beaten badly Sunday and the crowd chants Harry out then it could be interesting to watch him handle that Any new manager coming in would have no excuses IMO the squad is good with only a few gaps to fill If we changed ( I hope we don't) Then also expect Harold to take full credit every chance he gets because this squad is certainly good enough to hit the top ten
