so here it is then fellas, TP plans a major revamp of his aging squad which is not before time as i feel in the last 2 homes games we have looked 2 yards too slow compared to the zest of the opposition........

Stoke manager Tony Pulis has revealed he is planning a shake-up of his Potters squad in the summer.

A number of players are out of contract at the Britannia Stadium at the end of the season and Pulis says he could offload them to make way for new signings.

The club have been linked with a move for Blackburn defender Martin Olsson following Rovers' relegation from the Premier League as the manager looks to freshen up his resources.
    Shake-up

Pulis said: "We're going to shake it up a bit in the summer, and that means letting players leave.

"There will be one or two changes, with players out of contract and those who will not be happy at not playing.

"The important thing is that we keep pushing forward.

"The team has been successful in the Premier League. We can't let that drop off. It's finding the right balance."

Only one problem I foresee with this is, he never knows what is best side is with the players he has got so if he introduces more to the squad we could see some strange formations in the first few games of the season which unltimately could cost us points and give us a bad start. Hope I'm wrong though!

to be honest mate it doesnt matter who he signs, we have signed good players and he doesnt know how to use them. He is a one man show, and until he changes his tactics its completely useless buying any other players.

Its irrelevant, because the players he wants to keep he will keep (the **** ones) like extending Delap's contract and "looking after" Sidibie, and the ones that have cost us a fortune or could make a difference if played right he will take a loss and sell to replace with more dross YES MEN!

You do wonder about what his thinking is. Perhaps it's Pulis himself who needs shaking up.

I didn't like it when I read. " Some player's who are not getting games" Jerome I hope he stays but knowing TP he's likely to sell him, keep Delap and NOT improve the midfield. Then " The important thing is we keep PUSHING FORWARD" I'd like to shake someone's neck as I fear Pulis will again let us down with regards to the midfield..

LIke Waddo I really hope I am wrong.. let's see what happens in the Summer!
