What, with Bolton having done Stoke 5-0 not so long ago? Pulis ain't that popular with the Stoke massive at the best of times. He owes them one.
Big fallout against us in the Carling Cup and league last season, refusing to shake hands, war of words in the newspapers, etc
You're a Fulham fan, now I remember. Yeah, Hughes has fallen out with a few Managers as has Pulis. Come to think of it, most Managers have fallen out with each other over the years.
No, that seems a ridiculous thing to worry about. Pulis's popularity seems to be on the wane among Stoke fans. Four seasons into their current top-flight stint, it seems that many of them are starting think in terms of expecting/demanding a top-half finish. I think he'd be very unwise not to put out a motivated team for the final home fixture.
I think the Stoke fans have a point. Having established themselves in the PL you would think the club would be looking beyond the kind of dreadful tactics we saw on Sunday. The beautiful game has died in the Potteries.
