Don't think it matters now. He won't pick the team either way, and the players will want to impress as they'll know that anybody that's interested in taking the job* will be paying attention to the game and/or getting a video of it, maybe off a friend still in the game if they're unemployed. *Now that so many people have said no, and Palace are having to go back to try to persuade Pulis because he's not that keen there'll be managers lower down the leagues (eg Dyche) that ruled themselves out thinking it's more realistic now. If I were one of them I'd be wanting a video of the game so that if I got an interview I could show some knowledge of the squad/tactics, it's simple interview practice to know something about the company before hand. Obviously Pulis will want one to save time if he is appointed during the week.
He's supposedly signing on Monday. Even for his dubious talents, I think it's an impossible task. Would be good to batter them this afternoon, but I'd settle for 1-0.
Confirmed as manager now on BBC, tho not 'in charge' til Monday. Feeling more and more apprehensive about this one. Oh well better switch on tigerplayer..........
