An encore request? From the other side of the pond via Google I found this:- http://www.theshedend.com/topic/25374-away-fans-pubs-near-stamford-bridge/ I am looking for an away fans pubs near stamford bridge for the 22nd March 2014 (Chelsea vs Arsenal) Can you give me, please, the name of the friendly pubs in Chelsea for Arsenal fans As horrible as this sounds Thomas, and I know it does... Your chances of finding a friendly away-fans pub during the day of a London derby are extremely rare. You're better off just going to any pub without wearing your shirt and keeping a low profile. It's nowhere near as bad as it used to be say ten years ago but you'll want to keep your wits about you. Most pubs around the ground require a home match day ticket to get in. The Cock & Hen is an away pub as far as I know. This is the one West Ham famously 'took' a couple of years ago and proceeded to post soppy videos on Youtube bragging about their achievements of 'taking' a pub. An away pub. What a result!
Stan nowadays at Chelsea you can go in virtually any of the pubs without a problem. Many many moons ago most pubs were a 'no go' for away fans but the now Chelsea has so many new plastic fans that they let in anyone. Don't wear colours and just enjoy yourself like I did last time. That day I even sat in their end without any problems. However I agree with Kilburn in that most pubs ask for a ticket.
We have met in The Atlas, Seagrave Road with no problems before. Good if you are an ale drinker. As is The White Horse in Parsons Green. Unless refurbed recently the Imperial Arms seems to attract the less salubrious type Chelsea fan.
I keep being told Parsons Green area but no-one has actually told me a good pub that will be mostly away fans!
