    Anyone got any ideas?

Particularly about parking near the Keepmoat.

I've never had any trouble parking in the industrial estate next to the ground, but as it's an out of town stadium, there's pretty much naff all in the way of pubs.

I would have been more than happy too, but I expect that I'll get there fairly last minute, as I have junior in tow and Mrs Lambretta won't let him out until his homework is done!

I'm not allowed to take StrovolosJuniorOne or StrovolosJuniorTwo to midweek games because of homework and late nights when there's school next day!

    Phucking Women!! :emoticon-0121-angry

My kids are growing up with all the wrong priorities in life!

I take junior to every game I can, but he's at school six days a week(finishes at 2.00pm on Saturdays), so outside of holiday times, he misses all away games, as a consequence, he's allowed to local night matches as long as he does his homework first.

He's a mad City fan(I don't know where he gets that from) and it bothers him so much, he's been trying to get me to move him to another school for the past two years. I've struck a deal with him, if he works hard and does well in his exams(he's currently in his second year of GCSE's), then I'll let him decide where he goes for sixth form. As a consequence, he seems to be doing far better than he was before and he hopes to be at South Hunsley once his current exams are over.

Seems fair enough to me, Mrs Lambretta is slightly less impressed, but as you say, it's all a question of priorities. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Dunno if i could stand being cooped up in a classroom on Saturday. The mandatory 5 days did me fine.

due to work and pick ups i wont be leaving hull until after 6pm but its only 47 miles away so will be there by 7pm-ish. no time to drink but lots of site parking outside the ground. one of the better places to park.

Think I'll try the Salutation Hotel on South Parade. 7 real ales on tap and 5 mins to ground.
