http://football.uk.reuters.com/football/news/2012/02/24/9637B5C0-5EF7-11E1-B8CC-492B8033923B.php Hopefully the 44,000 pubs will take up the foreign decoders, that Sky charge around £1,000 per month for.
No be that when sky renegotiates their contract and your teams start losing money. Won't be happy then.
This ^ Small brain, small football team. Busy pubs won't change to a cheaper coverage anyways because they will lose business. Who wants to watch football with no pundits and foreign commentary? Not me.
When I'm watching football in a pub I don't give a **** about commentary as you can't hear it anyway. As long as you can see what's happening that's all that matters.
Sky paid bucket loads of cash for the contract and, in my opinion, have the right to stop other people muscling in on their territory. Bad day for the premiership but as my team won't be there any time soon maybe I shouldn't give a ****.................
