Despite the score, I am so proud of the lads, with how they got to the final, to how they performed. It took 2 wonder goals to break us, with the 3rd being while we were up pushing for the win; and we took it to the Citeh.

Hold your heads high lads, you made me one proud Mackem. Take positives from this performance, and put it to the FA cup and the league. After the way we are performing, we don't look like a team facing relegation. Onwards and upwards, Ha'way the Lads!

The team, the fans and the area can hold their heads high after that.

Cattermole and Ki were awesome, as were many of your players.

And a very special mention to the fans... I could hear you down here in Oz! Fantastic. Didnt stop singing, even drowning out the Citizens - who were dead silent until they scored the equaliser -when they scored their second.

Also, next week at home to Palace, hope we get a full house and a rousing round of applause for the boys & Gus.

Well said Haggis was dreading a 4 or 5 nil and the lads stepped up too the mark in style, Toure and Nasri could hit them shots ten times and they go in row Z, that's the little bit of luck they had and we didn't. We had a game plan that worked a treat just hope that heads dont drop and Gus gets them back on track for next week. PROUD to be a Mackem tonight.

Catts or Borini was my MOM. I mean we could have been 2/3 - 0 up by just after half time. Well done though boys, really proud of you ALL.
