Looks like the numpties are going ahead with their protest March on Saturday before the game.

Hardly the time to do this, just before a vital match against our fiercest rivals. We can really do without this negativity at a time when the main aims should be to get behind our team and wind up the JB's.

Everyone has the right to protest although in the absence of anyone with £150 million plus to pay off VT and more spare cash to cover running costs, transfer fees, VAT etc then the notion of Tan Out is an empty protest.

They might get more mileage on a Choo and/or Dalman out ticket but then they need to convince Tan to do that.

All in all, a complete waste of time and effort other than to massage the ego of someone with the initials of AA.

I just saw a reference to Omer's loss on Facebook. All comments very supportive, as they should be.

Don't know if Omer will go to his family and miss the game tomorrow. No problem if he does. There are others who can manage the team on the day. I'm sure the club and team will endorse whatever he does. <ok>

After Blueturk's recent experiences (if you're reading this BTtC please return) it just shows we don't know what goes on in peoples' lives.

RIP Omer's Dad.

I wonder how many of these "supporters" actually know what they're protesting about or have any concept of the possible consequences. They're just like sheep (no disrespect remote) and just follow what they've seen happen at other clubs.

Yes, have a protest but do it a different way and make sure the aims are realistic. To be honest I'm a bit ashamed of them.

Agree with all the above.

As we've said on here many times before, the Board are far from blameless in our slide down the table and lack of recent success but it's hardly been a disaster either has it?

We're a million miles away from a Bury, an Oldham or even the grief that the likes of Charlton, Reading, Bolton and others have been through.

Our "dreadful" owner is keeping us afloat and has overseen us have the longest stay in the top 2 divisions I believe in my lifetime (ok, I'm a mere 53 years old so I've only been around for about 35% of the time the club has existed, but you hopefully get my drift?).

Sadly many of the protesters are there for self serving reasons rather than for a genuine care for the club.

Don’t they get that if Tan turns off the tap the club will be in dire straits?

The problem is the roles of Choo and Dalman which is so obvious it is unfathomable that Tan is satisfied to let them continue to meddle with football matters they don’t have the qualifications for. Until Tan sells up or finally accepts the chuckle brothers are not fit for purpose then the club will continue to deteriorate.

It's more stagnation than detereoration.

We've struggle to improve over the seasons and one day our luck will run out - hopefully Tan accepts the likelyhood before it actually happens.
